Easy Ekka-Style Strawberry Sundae Recipe

Ingredients (Woolworths)

  • Wafer cones
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Cottee’s Strawberry Topping
  • Whipped cream spray

Method

  1. Fill each wafer cone with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  2. Top with sliced strawberries
  3. Drizzle generously with strawberry topping
  4. Finish with a swirl of whipped cream spray
  5. Serve immediately

TIP: Mix the sliced strawberries with caster sugar and let it sit for 5 minutes before assembling to create a juicer, more Ekka-style sundae.
